How can I prepare for our first conversation?
Be ready to describe the service you need, the tax year or bookkeeping period involved, and any questions you would like to discuss. New individual tax clients should provide a copy of their prior-year tax return. New business clients should provide their prior-year business return when available, and new nonprofit clients should provide their prior-year tax return or Form 990 filing when available. These records help Nicole review your history and identify carryforward information. ELS can confirm any additional documents needed for your situation.
Does ELS provide bookkeeping for nonprofits?
Yes. Nicole provides ongoing and periodic bookkeeping for small businesses and nonprofit organizations, including account reconciliations, transaction review, journal entries, financial statement preparation, and general bookkeeping support. Services can include monthly bookkeeping, cleanup work, and year-end preparation. Contact ELS to discuss the level of support you need.
