I’m Nicole St Sauver, owner of ELS Tax & Accounting in Woodbury, Minnesota. I believe tax preparation should feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more personal. My goal is to provide dependable, straightforward tax and accounting services while making the process as organized and stress-free as possible.

I started ELS because I wanted to build a business centered on personal connections. I enjoy getting to know my clients and building relationships over time. Whether I’m preparing an individual tax return, helping a small business, or handling accounting work, I keep things clear, practical, and easy to understand. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and confident about who you’re working with.

A name connected to family.

Family is a huge part of my life—and the inspiration behind the name ELS Tax & Accounting. I wanted the business to have a connection to my family and mean something beyond a name.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family. We love summer getaways to our camper, cheering on one daughter at her Wolfpack basketball, football, and lacrosse games, and watching our other daughter compete in dance. Family keeps us busy, but these are some of my favorite ways to spend my time.
